Stanislav Blum

Dr. Stanislav Blum earned his MDs degree in 2002 and his orthodontic qualification in 2004 from Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University, Russia. He has maintained a private practice in Saint Petersburg since 2004 and lectured at his alma mater until 2017. Since 2008, his work has centered on functional orthodontics, integrating gnathology, orofacial pain management, myofunctional therapy,
and neuromuscular dentistry. For over nine years, he has used EMG in all orthodontic cases, developing the largest EMG database of dental patients in Israel and Russia. In 2014, he introduced the “Airway Octagon” cephalometric analysis for OSA risk assessment.
