Sanda Mihaela Popescu
Dr. Sanda Mihaela Popescu, DMD, PhD, is a Professor of Oral Rehabilitation, member of Senate of University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova and Founder of Romanian Society for Dental Research. She earned DMD diploma from 1995 in Stomatology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Craiova, Romania, and PhD in Medicine from 2005, Faculty of Dentistry, University “Gr. T. Popa” Iassy, Romania. She is specialized in General Dentistry and Oral Rehabilitation. She worked as Head of Department in Faculty of Dentistry, University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova from 2008 until September 2019, and as a University Senate member from 2019. Her research topics include oral rehabilitation, oral medicine, implantology, laser therapy in dentistry, digitalization in dentistry, bruxism, dental wear, dental anxiety, pharmacology in dentistry.
