Weiwei Peng
Is Professor of Biopsychology and Director of the Pain Research
Laboratory at Shenzhen University, China. Her research focuses on the cognitive and
neural mechanisms of pain and empathy, integrating EEG, fMRI, and non-invasive
neuromodulation techniques (tDCS, tACS, rTMS, TENS). She has published over 50
papers in PAIN, Brain Stimulation, and Communications Biology, and received multiple
national and provincial awards. She serves as an editorial board member for Scientific
Reports, Frontiers in Human Neuroscience and BMC Anesthesiology.
